• Fit Dog Group Walks (free for all, up to 2 dogs per human)
• Dog Trials and Shows (free for spectators, without a dog)
• Local Dog Club Meetings (free to attend)
• Canine Fitness Seminars & Workshops
We have a fantastic community of sport dog and pet dog owners!

Fitness For FastCAT seminar
• Mechanics of movement
• 9 Hands on exercises and demos to improve sport performance and reduce injuries
• Common injuries in FastCAT dogs
• FastCAT fun run (for working spots, weather permitting)
• Recommended warm up and cool down routines for FastCAT
• Includes lunch and reference materials
• Working spots: $85
• Audit spots: $35

AKC Fit Dog 1 Group Class
• Friday February 21-Friday March 28
• 5PM
• Springfield Family Dog Training
• For sound dogs over 6 months old
• Learn all the foundation fitness exercises in the AKC level 1 course
• Warm up, body awareness, strength, flexibility, cavaletti, and cool down exercises
• Taught by an AKC level 3 Fit Dog instructor
•, Dogs who are proficient with 8 exercises earn a completion certificate
• Dogs who meet requirements for an AKC Fit Dog title receive a Fit Dog Title ribbon
