Personalized Canine Conditioning Program

Receive a Personalized Canine Conditioning program designed exclusively for you and your dog. Each student receives: Instructions for obtaining gait analysis videos and posture photos (virtual) or an in person gait analysis and photo shoot session (30 miles of Springfield MO) An initial coaching session to review all your exercises. Zoom style call is available to all students (in person coaching session is available for students 30 miles of Springfield MO) A detailed questionnaire for me to review your goals for your dog, strengths, weaknesses, history, current activities and more. I use this info to design your program. A video library of exercise tutorials hand picked for your dog to achieve your goals. A fitness circuit detailing sets, reps, and which exercises to do each day of the week. Each circuit includes body awareness, strength, flexibility, and cardio activities for your dog. To ensure personalized attention for you and your dog, we maintain a maximum limit of 10 participants per session. This enables your instructor to devote ample time and focus to each participant's needs and requirements during the session.
